Orlaith Fennelly
Lead Instructor — Cost Management
Spent twelve years in procurement and financial planning before moving into education. Designs the core workshop exercises and leads the live sessions on budgeting and variance analysis.
Cost management is one of those subjects that most people encounter too late — after a project has already gone over budget, or after a business decision has quietly eroded margin for months. Wexvontia Hex was built to change that timing.
Practical skill over theoretical knowledge — that phrase guided every decision about how these workshops are structured. Each session centres on a real scenario: a procurement decision with competing suppliers, a project budget with unexpected scope creep, a pricing model that needs rebuilding from scratch.
Geography should not determine who gets access to quality training. Operating fully online means a participant in Donegal works through the same exercises, gets the same feedback, and builds the same skills as someone based in Cork or Kilkenny.

Tadgh Ó Briain
Workshop Facilitator
Focuses on the collaborative exercises and small-group feedback. Brings a background in project cost control across construction and IT sectors, which keeps the scenarios grounded in how costs actually behave.
Siobhán Cullinane
Curriculum Designer
Builds the assignment sequences and ensures each step connects logically to the next. Her process means participants rarely feel lost — the difficulty increases gradually, with enough context at each stage to keep moving.
Fionnuala Reardon
Participant Support
Handles onboarding, technical questions, and the between-session check-ins that help participants stay on track. Available by email and during open office hours each week.
Each workshop follows the same basic logic: introduce a cost problem, work through it in stages, then review what the numbers actually revealed. There are no passive lectures — every session requires participants to make decisions and defend them.
